Job summary

Mashreqbank PSC in Abu Dhabi is looking for a Securities Operations Assistant to handle Mashreq Securities activities, ensuring no operational loss and timely MIS submission to stakeholders. You will assist with market checks, investor numbers, and trade confirmations, while reconciling customer portfolios and posting financials.

The role requires a graduate with at least 2 years in a brokerage, strong English communication, and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a recognized University.
• Experience of 2 years in a brokerage house of medium-sized entity.
• Computer literate.
• Good command over spoken and written English.
• Arabic language will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Check Corporate Actions relates to DFM / ADX / NASDAQ markets along with GCC related markets and update the same in the Trading system.
• Apply in the market for Investor numbers for customers
• Financial posting in the core system
• Handle Customer queries and resolve them
• Prepare trade confirmation and send to the customers
• Reconciliation of customer portfolio as per agreed intervals and investigations in case of any exception
• Report HO trades done through Mashreq Securities to CAD for booking the same in HO books
