Job summary

Alpha Data Recruitment in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced O365/EUC Engineer to lead Microsoft 365 tenant administration, L3 escalation handling, mail flow optimization, and hybrid identity synchronization. You will work with Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Teams, driving automation, security, and user productivity in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.

Responsibilities

Take full ownership of Microsoft 365 tenant administration, L3 escalation handling, mailbox migrations, and hybrid identity synchronization.
Administer Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams policies; manage Entra ID licensing and Conditional Access.
Execute bulk operations via PowerShell and resolve complex Exchange Hybrid and mail flow issues.
Support tenant health monitoring, service advisories, and change impact assessments.
Contribute to platform automation and documentation.
