Job summary

Epergne Solutions is looking for an experienced AD & Identity Security Engineer in Abu Dhabi, UAE. You will manage and secure the enterprise identity infrastructure while implementing IAM best practices, focusing on Microsoft 365 technologies.

The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of relevant experience and must possess strong knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD, and IAM concepts. Communication in English and Arabic is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in Active Directory Administration.
• Hands-on experience with Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID.
• Good understanding of IAM concepts, RBAC, MFA, SSO, and Conditional Access.
• Experience in Group Policy Management and Windows Server Administration.
• Knowledge of AD security best practices and hardening.
• Familiarity with LDAP, Kerberos, NTLM, and identity federation.
• Experience with PAM/PIM tools is preferred.
• Good troubleshooting and communication skills.
