Job summary

IT Excellence in Dubai, UAE, seeks a Senior Microsoft 365 Administrator with 6–12 years to own day-to-day operations across Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and hybrid identity.

Detailed Job Description

As a Senior Microsoft 365 Administrator at IT Excellence in Dubai, UAE, you will take full ownership of administering core collaboration and directory services, including Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and the Microsoft 365 Admin Center. Your day-to-day responsibilities encompass managing Microsoft Entra ID (users, groups, enterprise applications, app registrations, Conditional Access, and Privileged Identity Management), administering on-premises Active Directory domains, and troubleshooting hybrid identity synchronization via Microsoft Entra Connect. You will implement robust security controls such as Multi-factor Authentication (MFA), Identity Protection, and least‑privilege access, while leading tenant-to-tenant migrations, AD modernization projects, and Tier‑3 escalations.
