Job summary

King’s College Hospital London, Dubai seeks a Deputy Chief Nursing Officer – Inpatient Services to provide professional and operational nursing leadership across inpatient areas. You will ensure high quality, safe, evidence-based, patient-centered care and collaborate with clinical and operational teams to meet strategic goals.

You will lead nursing policy, workforce planning, and service improvement while deputizing for the CNO and contributing to governance and safety initiatives.

Qualifications

• Requires UAE DHA Nursing License and nursing registration.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing; Master’s degree/desirable postgraduate studies.
• Senior nursing leadership experience with inpatient clinical services.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional leadership across inpatient services.
• Oversee patient flow, staffing, capacity, and safety.
• Lead evidence-based nursing and midwifery practice.
• Develop policies, standards and professional governance.
• Promote patient-centered care and service excellence.
