The role collaborates with CNO, medical and allied health teams to deliver high-quality, safe, evidence-based patient care and to drive operational and financial performance.

The postholder will oversee workforce planning, governance, and service improvements, ensuring optimal capacity, patient flow, and clinician engagement

Qualifications

• DHA-licensed nursing professional.
• Registered nurse in eligible regions (Canada/USA/UK/Ireland/South Africa/New Zealand).
• Master’s level qualification desirable or willing to pursue within agreed timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Lead and promote evidence-based nursing and midwifery practice.
• Provide professional nursing advice and leadership across inpatient services.
• Oversee staffing, capacity, and patient flow in designated inpatient areas.
• Monitor KPIs, safety, quality, and patient experience; drive improvements.
• Develop and implement nursing policies and professional standards.
