Qualifications

• DHA license required to practice in the UAE.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing with RN registration.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive nursing with leadership.
• Educational/teaching qualification desirable or willingness to pursue.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing leadership and advisory to achieve objectives.
• Oversee inpatient clinical operations and safe delivery of care.
• Maintain visible leadership through rounds and multidisciplinary engagement.
• Monitor patient flow, bed utilisation, admissions, transfers and discharges.
• Monitor KPIs and drive service improvements.
• Support JCIA-aligned safety, quality, governance and standards.
