Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of experience in infrastructure engineering focused on land development and road projects.
• Extensive hands‑on experience delivering projects in Dubai or the wider UAE.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison with government authorities for approvals and permits.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and contractors.
• Manage stakeholder coordination for timely project delivery.
• Provide technical guidance on infrastructure design and construction.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across planning, design, and construction phases.
• Prepare and present technical reports in English and Arabic.
• Identify and resolve design conflicts and stakeholder issues.
• Represent the organization in high-level meetings.

Skills

Strong technical expertise in infrastructure design and construction

Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Arabic

Proven leadership and stakeholder management capability in PMC

In‑depth knowledge of Dubai and UAE authority requirements

Experience with RTA and Dubai Municipality

PMP or similar professional certification

Education

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
