Parsons is hiring a Rail and Metro Stakeholder Engagement Director for a major railway and metro project in Dubai, UAE. This senior role leads stakeholder coordination to ensure alignment between government authorities, transport agencies, and project teams, supporting seamless approvals and project delivery.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with at least 15 years of experience in stakeholder management and a strong understanding of UAE transportation policies. This position offers an opportunity to impact urban mobility infrastructure.
