Job summary

Surbana Jurong, a leading global urban and infrastructure consultancy, seeks a Senior NOC Engineer to manage NOC approvals and utility coordination for Dubai projects. You will liaise with authorities, review submission drawings, and ensure timely approvals to support project delivery.

The successful candidate will hold a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, bring 5+ years of Dubai NOC coordination experience, and demonstrate strong knowledge of RTA, DM, DEWA, Etisalat and DU procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of Dubai experience in NOC coordination.
• Strong knowledge of RTA, DM, DEWA, Etisalat, DU and other Dubai authority procedures.
• Experience in infrastructure, utilities and road projects.
• Excellent communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage NOC applications and coordinate with authorities.
• Review NOC drawings and submission documents before authority approvals.
• Coordinate with design teams, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve utility conflicts.
• Track NOC approvals and maintain records of submissions and comments.
• Support site teams by ensuring works comply with approved NOCs and authority requirements.
• Prepare NOC progress reports and monitor approval timelines.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior NOC Engineer to manage NOC approvals and utility coordination for infrastructure projects in Dubai. The role involves liaising with authorities, coordinating with project stakeholders, and ensuring timely approvals to support successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage NOC applications and coordinate with authorities including RTA, DM, DEWA, Etisalat, DU, and Civil Defense.
• Review NOC drawings and submission documents before authority approvals.
• Coordinate with design teams, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve utility conflicts.
• Track NOC approvals and maintain accurate records of submissions and comments.
• Support site teams by ensuring works comply with approved NOCs and authority requirements.
• Prepare NOC progress reports and monitor approval timelines.

Requirements
