Job summary

Surbana Jurong Group invites Expressions of Interest for a Contracts / Commercial Manager role in Dubai for a confidential metro rolling stock consultancy bid project. The role is UAE-based and requires strong GCC experience, with preference for candidates with RTA project exposure.

The successful candidate will oversee all contractual financial and commercial aspects in line with FIDIC principles, client expectations, and governance, supporting risk management, claims strategy, and cost control.

Qualifications

• MSc/BSc in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Law or Commercial Management.
• Minimum 15 years experience in contracts and commercial roles on metro or infrastructure projects.
• In-depth understanding of FIDIC forms of contract, RTA contract frameworks and GCC regulations.
• Excellent negotiation, contract drafting and cost control skills.
• Experience in leading commercial functions for complex multidisciplinary projects.

We are currently inviting Expressions of Interest for the following roles as part of a confidential metro rolling stock consultancy bid project in Dubai. All positions are full-time UAE-based and require strong GCC experience with preference given to candidates with RTA project exposure.

About the Role

The Contracts / Commercial Manager will be responsible for managing all contractual financial and commercial aspects of the project in line with FIDIC principles client expectations and Surbana Jurongs governance. This role plays a key part in risk management claims strategy and cost controls.
