Job summary

Surbana Jurong invites expressions of interest for the role of Requirements Manager in Dubai. The candidate will lead end-to-end capturing, managing, tracing and validating technical and contractual requirements across all project disciplines to align with RTA and project objectives.

The role demands a strong Systems Engineering background, extensive experience in complex infrastructure or rail projects, and proficiency with RM tools such as DOORS, BIM, and CDE platforms.

Qualifications

• MSc/BSc in Systems Engineering, Engineering Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 15 years experience in requirements management for complex infrastructure or rail projects.
• Strong knowledge of systems engineering lifecycle (V-model), traceability matrices and verification & validation (V&V).
• Proficiency with RM tools (e.g. DOORS) and integration with BIM and CDE platforms.
• Experience on GCC projects, especially with RTA is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Requirements Management Plan (RMP).
• Coordinate requirement collection, categorization, traceability and change control.
• Implement and manage a digital requirements management tool (e.g. IBM DOORS, Jama, ComplyPro).
• Interface with engineering, assurance and delivery teams to validate requirement fulfillment.
• Support reviews, audits and certification processes tied to requirements closure.

We are currently inviting Expressions of Interest for the following roles as part of a confidential metro rolling stock consultancy bid project in Dubai. All positions are full-time UAE-based and require strong GCC experience with preference given to candidates with RTA project exposure.

About the Role:

The Requirements Manager will lead the end-to-end process of capturing managing tracing and validating technical and contractual requirements across all project disciplines. This role ensures that all stakeholder needs are accurately documented implemented verified and aligned with RTA and project objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the Requirements Management Plan (RMP)

• Implement and manage a digital requirements management tool (e.g. IBM DOORS Jama ComplyPro)
