Job summary

Mediclinic Middle East is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to design, implement and secure enterprise network services across hospitals, clinics, and data centres. You will work on LAN/WAN, firewalls, NAC, VPN, wireless, cloud connectivity and IT security within a consolidated engineering model.

The role requires 10+ years of enterprise network experience for senior delivery, professional certifications, and strong ITIL/CMDB knowledge. On-site UAE location with cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

Essential education in computer science or ICT with professional certifications.
Experience in ICT network support and design, enterprise scale preferred.
Knowledge of network security products and firewall governance.
Familiarity with ITIL concepts, CMDB, and IT procurement processes.
Ability to document, design, and improve network services architectures.

Responsibilities

Assist in documenting, designing and improving network services architecture
Monitor, maintain, update and secure network equipment and services
Identify, diagnose and resolve network infrastructure incidents and problems
Own and support network security, segmentation, firewall governance, NAC, wireless architecture, WAN resilience and cloud connectivity services
Support ITIL governance, CMDB accuracy, vendor governance, procurement input, DR testing, project delivery and cross-functional collaboration
