Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems Engineering, or equivalent.
• 8-12 years of direct experience in high-voltage/medium-voltage power distribution networks, specifically focused on underground cabling infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Design, sizing, installation supervision, and testing of MV cable networks.
• Establish cable routing layouts, trench profiles, duct banks, and cable tray configurations with proper thermal separation and derating factors.
• Provide expert oversight during site excavation, sand bedding, cable pulling, and backfilling.
• Inspect MV terminations and underground joints using heat-shrink, cold-shrink, or GIS separable connectors.
