Job summary

Larsen & Toubro in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced Electrical Engineer to lead civil, power plant, or substation projects on site. The role requires degree/diploma in Electrical Engineering and 3–10 years of relevant experience, with Gulf or India exposure preferred.

You will oversee engineering drawing interpretation, QA/QC, HSE, risk management, subcontractor coordination, and timely delivery within budget, guiding site engineers and technicians to achieve project goals while maintaining safety

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or closely related discipline.
• Additional technical certifications or training in construction, power plant operations, or substations are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise site activities at the project site according to plans and schedules.
• Lead site engineers, technicians and workers to maintain productivity and quality.
• Allocate resources efficiently (manpower, materials, equipment).
• Track milestones, prepare progress reports and identify delays or bottlenecks.
• Resolve technical and operational challenges promptly to avoid disruptions.
