Job summary

Larsen & Toubro in the United Arab Emirates seeks an experienced Construction Manager - Electrical to lead medium to large EPC projects in power and infrastructure. You will plan, execute, and deliver substations, power plants, and overhead transmission line works across the Gulf and India, overseeing engineering, procurement, and construction activities.

The role requires 8–15 years of proven electrical project experience, strong leadership, stakeholder management, and strict adherence to HSE

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering with 8–15 years of EPC electrical project experience.
• Experience in substations, power plants, and overhead transmission line projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all construction activities from mobilization to commissioning and handover.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and contract obligations.
• Plan resources, schedule work, monitor progress, and implement corrective actions.
• Manage subcontractors, review performance, and resolve disputes.
• Implement QA/QC processes and enforce HSE regulations.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and vendors; manage stakeholders.
