Job summary

ADNOC Abu Dhabi UAE is seeking a Senior Project Engineer for MOC construction in Dubai, UAE. You will oversee MOC minor schemes, construction execution, and field development coordination to meet HSE, quality, and production requirements.

The role requires minimum 8 years in oil and gas, brownfield experience, and supervision of contractor activities through handover of modifications and new facilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 8 years of experience in oil & gas projects.
Experience with Management of Change (MOC) and brownfield schemes.

Responsibilities

Plan, direct and supervise MOC minor scheme construction activities.
Review plans, identify risks, and coordinate with site teams and contractors.
Ensure HSE compliance and quality throughout construction and handover.
Coordinate contractor submittals, ITPs, and commissioning dossiers.
Oversee field development coordination and asset interfaces during handover.
