Job summary

Penspen is seeking an experienced Engineer, Project-MOC for a PMC project in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will manage and document changes in EPC projects, requiring a degree in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical engineering and over 10 years of experience in oil and gas megaprojects. A minimum of 3-5 years focusing on MOC for EPCM projects is necessary. Familiarity with ADNOC processes and contractor claims management will be beneficial. This role emphasizes effective communication between engineering disciplines and clients.

Qualifications

• An Engineering Degree in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical from a recognized University.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in megaprojects in oil and gas processing.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in oil & gas construction, with 3-5 years specializing in MOC for EPCM projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage, control, and document changes to EPC projects as part of project MOC activities.
• Liaising between engineering disciplines, contractors, and clients (such as ADNOC) to secure necessary approvals.
• Experience in technical submittal reviews, contractor claims management, and site inspections.
