Job summary

HelpXpat Relocations in Dubai, UAE is seeking a Mobility Consultant to join our desk-based Dubai team. You will act as the primary contact for assignees and corporate HR throughout the relocation journey, coordinating immigration, home search, tenancy and settling-in services.

This role requires 3–5 years of relocation/global mobility experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines with various stakeholders.

Are you an experienced Mobility / Relocation Consultant who understands the end-to-end relocation journey and knows how to manage multiple assignees, clients and service requirements from a desk?

At HelpXpat Relocations, we support individuals and families relocating across the UAE, KSA and the wider Middle East.

We are looking for an experienced Mobility Consultant to join our Dubai team. This is a desk-based role, with the consultant acting as the primary point of contact for assignees and corporate HR throughout the relocation journey.

What will you be doing?

• Act as the primary contact for assignees and client HR, conducting needs assessments, briefing assignees on their relocation provisions and initiating the relocation process.
• Manage cases from initial needs assessment through to settling-in, ensuring a seamless and responsive client experience.
• Coordinate the delivery of immigration, orientation, home search, school search, tenancy, handover, snagging and settling-in services as required.
• Coordinate closely with Field Consultants and external service partners to arrange and deliver accompanied services.
• Track immigration and tenancy management activities, ensuring milestones, documentation and timelines are properly monitored.
• Ensure agreed SLA, quality and service standards are consistently met.
• Manage multiple cases simultaneously, proactively identifying potential issues and taking ownership through to resolution.
• Maintain accurate and timely case records, service updates, costs, milestones and reports within our systems.
• Prepare for and participate in client review meetings, providing case updates, service insights and operational feedback.
• Prepare and deliver regular client reporting, including volumes, service activity, performance metrics and other agreed reporting requirements.
• Support new client implementations and contribute to building strong, long-term client relationships.
• Manage more complex cases and provide guidance and support to other Mobility Consultants where required.
• Contribute to improving operational processes, service delivery and ways of working.
• Support team knowledge sharing, coaching and development where appropriate.
• Identify opportunities to improve service quality, operational efficiency and client experience.
• Take on additional responsibilities and projects as directed by senior management.

Skills

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience in corporate relocation, Destination Services or Global Mobility.
• Has experience managing relocation cases from needs assessment through to completion/settling-in.
• Is confident dealing directly with corporate HR, mobility managers and relocating employees/families.
• Has strong knowledge of services such as immigration, home search, school search, orientation, tenancy and settling-in.
• Is highly organised and able to manage multiple cases, deadlines and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Has strong written and verbal communication skills and is confident managing client relationships.
• Is proactive, commercially aware and able to take ownership of complex cases and solve problems independently.
• Has strong attention to detail and understands the importance of SLA, quality and compliance.
• Is comfortable preparing client reports and presenting case/service information.
• Has experience working with CRM or mobility case-management systems; Zoho experience would be an advantage.
• Is comfortable coordinating with Field Consultants and service partners while personally managing the case from the desk.
• Has a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant relocation / global mobility experience.
