Job summary

Cygnify in Dubai is seeking a Senior Software Engineering Manager (Mobile App) to lead the app squads across the Dubai office. You will provide technical and strategic leadership, oversee BOT staff, and ensure consistent approaches with other App teams.

You will drive a vision, growth plan, and collaboration with global app leadership, while embracing agile practices and evaluating new technologies to advance mobile products for millions of users.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software/app development with people management experience.
• Strong mobile engineering background for iOS or Android.
• Proficient in Swift or Kotlin depending on focus.
• Experience shipping large mobile apps for millions of users.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and cross-time-zone teams.
• Ability to set vision and growth plans for mobile teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead app scrum teams in Dubai and oversee BOT of key staff.
• Align app teams with global objectives and ensure delivery.
• Set vision and growth plan for the mobile org.
• Collaborate with senior app leadership for strategic decisions.
