Job summary

ALEMCO, part of ALEC Holdings PJSC, seeks an experienced Senior Technical Engineer (MEP) to lead complex technical activities and ensure high-quality outputs across major projects. You will coordinate multidisciplinary interfaces, review drawings, and guide teams to deliver on schedule.

You will bridge design requirements with site execution, support BIM coordination, and contribute to safety and quality. Strong communication and problem-solving are essential for success in fast-track

Qualifications

Minimum seven years of relevant MEP engineering experience.
Proven ability to investigate and resolve complex technical and coordination issues.
Strong understanding of construction sequencing, site execution, quality requirements, and multidisciplinary coordination.
Experience coordinating with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and project-delivery teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Review MEP drawings, specifications, BOQs, and ensure technical compliance.
Coordinate with consultants and subcontractors for drawing approvals.
Prepare and review technical submittals, material approvals, and compliance matrices.
Support method statement preparation and technical documentation.
Assist in resolving technical clashes and interface issues.
