• 8–10 years BIM coordination experience on large-scale MEP projects.
• Proficient in Revit and Navisworks; strong clash-detection and coordination skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage BIM coordination on large-scale MEP projects.
• Oversee model updates, clash detection, and coordination between design and site teams.
• Implement and monitor BIM workflows using Revit and Navisworks.
• Manage BIM deliverables and model integrity with the programme schedule.
• Support site teams by resolving coordination issues and maintaining as-built models.
• Collaborate with engineering, planning, and design departments for seamless information flow.
