Job summary

Sky High HR Solutions is seeking an experienced MEP Supervisor for a major bridge and infrastructure project in Dubai, UAE. You will supervise on-site MEP works, review drawings, ensure safety compliance, and coordinate with engineers and subcontractors to meet design and schedule.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and have 5–7 years of MEP construction experience, preferably on infrastructure projects in the UAE.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• 5–7 years of relevant MEP construction experience.
• Experience on bridge, infrastructure, road, or transportation projects preferred.
• Strong on-site execution, supervision, and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drainage, and fire protection systems.
• Ability to supervise site teams and coordinate with engineers and subcontractors.
• UAE construction experience preferred.
