Job summary

Talent Bridge HR Consultancy Dubai is seeking experienced MEP Engineers for high-rise projects in Dubai. Candidates should have hands-on UAE experience across mechanical, electrical, and plumbing disciplines with a full project lifecycle exposure.

Role requires knowledge of high-rise towers, safety and quality controls, and strong communication abilities. Based in the UAE with readiness for face-to-face interviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or Civil Engineering is required.
• Minimum UAE-based experience of 5 years in MEP contracting.
• Experience with high-rise residential or commercial towers is required.

Responsibilities

• Execute and supervise installation of MEP systems (HVAC, drainage, water supply, electrical LV/MV, lighting, fire-fighting).
• Plan site activities, coordinate with consultants and subcontractors, ensure timelines and quality.
• Read, interpret, and implement project drawings and BOQs on site.
• Manage manpower planning and productivity according to site conditions and budget.
• Ensure all site work adheres to quality control, safety regulations, and project specs.
• Prepare correspondence and support inspections with authorities (DEWA, DCD).
