Job summary

Sky High HR Solutions invites applications for a hands-on MEP Manager role in Dubai, overseeing site execution on a major bridge/infrastructure project. You will own technical/interface resolution and coordinate with subcontractors to deliver against the project programme.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services Engineering, 15+ years MEP construction experience (UAE preferred), and familiarity with DEWA, Dubai Municipality approvals, and NOC

Qualifications

Now Hiring: MEP Manager | Dubai, UAE

Sky High HR Solutions is inviting applications from highly experienced MEP Managers for a major bridge/infrastructure construction project in Dubai.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or equivalent
• Minimum 15 years of overall MEP construction experience
• Significant UAE construction experience strongly preferred
• Previous experience as an MEP Manager, Senior MEP Manager, or equivalent senior position
• Proven track record delivering major construction projects
• Experience in bridge, pedestrian bridge, infrastructure, transportation, metro, road, or similar multidisciplinary projects strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of DEWA and Dubai Municipality regulations and approval procedures
• Knowledge and practical experience with RTA requirements and NOC procedures highly desirable
• Proven experience managing MEP subcontractors and multidisciplinary site teams
• Strong technical knowledge across electrical LV systems, power distribution, lighting, ELV, fire alarm, HVAC, plumbing, drainage, pumping, utilities, BIM/MEP coordination, T&C, and authority approvals
• Strong leadership, technical problem-solving, subcontractor management, negotiation, multidisciplinary coordination, reporting, and communication skills
• Commercial awareness of variations, additional works, and associated cost implications

This is a hands-on MEP Manager position requiring direct ownership of site execution, technical/interface resolution, subcontractor and supplier performance, authority coordination, and delivery in accordance with the project programme.
