Job summary

MNC Engineering LLC in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Senior MEP Estimation / QS Engineer to lead cost estimation, tendering, and budget control for UAE projects. The role focuses on accurate BOQs, rate analysis, and collaboration with internal teams and subcontractors.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years of UAE/GCC MEP experience and strong AutoCAD/Excel proficiency, with immediate joining preferred. Based in Abu Dhabi/Dubai, on-site work is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is required.
• Minimum 6 years of MEP Estimation or QS experience in UAE/GCC.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and electrical systems.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation/QS software (PlanSwift, CostX).
• UAE driving license is a plus.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, cost estimates, and tender submissions.
• Review tender documents, drawings, and perform rate analyses.
• Evaluate subcontractor quotations, payment apps, VOs, and claims.
• Monitor project budgets, material costs, and estimation databases.
• Support cost planning and ensure accurate project pricing.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely estimation activities.
