Job summary

Freesia Electromechanical Works Contracting seeks an experienced MEP Project Manager in the UAE to lead complex building services projects. You will oversee design coordination, project planning, cost control and quality assurance across HVAC, plumbing, firefighting and electrical systems.

The role requires 15-20+ years in MEP project management, strong leadership and proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget in UAE/GCC high-rise environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
• 15-20+ years of experience in MEP project management.
• Strong experience in HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting & Electrical systems.
• Manage overall MEP project execution, planning, cost, quality and programme.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors and subcontractors.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and as per quality standards.
• Strong knowledge of UAE authority requirements, contracts and MEP standards.
• UAE/GCC experience in high-rise/building projects preferred.
