Job summary

FLUX HORIZON Technical Services LLC seeks an experienced Mechanical Project Manager for UAE high-rise MEHP works. You will lead and supervise all mechanical site activities, including HVAC, plumbing and firefighting systems, ensuring compliance with design codes and QA/QC standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating with consultants, contractors and project teams, reviewing shop drawings and submittals, monitoring progress, resolving technical issues and ensuring timely handover with strict

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Minimum 10 years experience in MEP high-rise building construction.
UAE experience is required.
Authority approvals will be preferred.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise all mechanical site works including HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems for high-rise projects.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project teams to ensure compliance with design codes and QA/QC standards.
Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.
Monitor site progress, resolve technical issues, and ensure timely execution of mechanical works.
Enforce HSE standards and support testing, commissioning and project handover.
