Job summary

Asian Falcons Engineering Contracting LLC in the UAE seeks a highly experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead the execution of HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage and Fire Fighting works for high‑rise, commercial, residential and industrial MEP projects. You will manage site teams, ensure safety, schedule adherence and delivery to the highest quality standards.

The ideal candidate has 12–16 years of UAE/GCC MEP contracting experience, strong leadership and problem solving, and proficiency in AutoCAD,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 12–16 years of UAE/GCC MEP contracting experience.
• Experience leading HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage and Fire Fighting on high-rise projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all mechanical site activities including HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage and Fire Fighting systems.
• Ensure execution complies with approved drawings, specifications, schedules and quality standards.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors, subcontractors and internal departments for smooth delivery.
• Review and implement shop drawings, method statements, material submittals and technical docs.
• Monitor progress, manpower, productivity, materials and equipment to hit milestones.
• Lead site engineers, supervisors, foremen and subcontractors for efficient execution.
• Plan inspections, testing, commissioning and handover activities.
• Ensure compliance with QA/QC, HSE, NFPA, ASHRAE and local regulations.
• Resolve technical/site issues to minimize delays and project risks.
• Coordinate procurement and verify material availability against schedules.
• Prepare progress reports and site documentation; participate in project reviews.
• Support close-out activities, snagging, de-snagging and final handover.

We are seeking a highly experienced strong Senior Mechanical Engineer strong to lead the execution of Mechanical HVAC Plumbing and Fire Fighting works for high-rise commercial residential and industrial MEP projects The ideal candidate will have extensive UAE GCC contracting experience strong technical expertise and the ability to manage site teams while ensuring projects are delivered safely on schedule within budget and to the highest quality standards strong

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all mechanical site activities including HVAC Plumbing Drainage and Fire Fighting systems
• Ensure execution complies with approved drawings specifications project schedules and quality standards
• Coordinate with clients consultants main contractors subcontractors and internal departments for smooth project delivery
• Review and implement shop drawings method statements material submittals and technical documentation
• Monitor project progress manpower productivity materials and equipment to achieve project milestones
• Lead site engineers supervisors foremen and subcontractors to ensure efficient project execution
• Plan and coordinate inspections testing commissioning and project handover activities
• Ensure compliance with QA QC procedures HSE regulations NFPA ASHRAE and local authority requirements
• Resolve technical and site-related issues while minimizing delays and project risks
• Coordinate procurement activities and verify material availability in line with project schedules
• Prepare progress reports site documentation and participate in project review meetings
• Support project close-out activities snagging de-snagging and final client handover

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 12–16 years of experience in MEP contracting with significant site execution experience
• Proven experience in high-rise, commercial, residential, and industrial building projects
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage, Fire Fighting, and mechanical building services
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, Primavera P6, and MS Project (Revit MEP is an advantage)
• Excellent leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under project deadlines
• UAE/GCC experience is highly preferred
