Ginco Electrical & Sanitary Contracting Co. LLC (GESCO) is seeking an experienced senior MEP Project Leader to oversee end-to-end delivery from mobilization to handover in the UAE.

The role requires extensive UAE/GCC experience, strong leadership, and a proven ability to manage budgets, planning, QA/QC, and site teams to ensure on-time, profitable project execution. You will act as the primary contact for clients, consultants and main contractors, monitor progress, and enforce quality, safety

Qualifications

• 20+ years UAE/GCC experience in MEP contracting and senior project leadership.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale MEP packages.
• Strong commercial acumen and client management abilities.
• Excellent leadership and cross-functional team management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end MEP project delivery from mobilization through handover.
• Manage project budgets, cash flow and profitability targets.
• Lead technical, planning, QA/QC and site teams for coordinated execution.
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients, consultants and main contractors.
• Monitor progress against schedule and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety and contractual requirements.
