LLC in the United Arab Emirates seeks an experienced Lead MEP QA/QC professional to drive quality assurance across mechanical, electrical and plumbing installations. You will lead inspections, review method statements, coordinate with consultants and project stakeholders, and manage NCRs to ensure compliance with approved drawings and standards, supporting testing, commissioning and handover.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or another relevant engineering discipline.
• 5–10+ years of MEP QA/QC experience.
• Strong understanding of inspection procedures, method statements, ITPs and NCR management.
• UAE/GCC QA/QC experience.
• Proven coordination and quality leadership skills for lead-level applicants.

Responsibilities

• Implement project quality plans and discipline-specific ITPs.
• Lead inspections of mechanical, electrical and plumbing installations as assigned.
• Review method statements, material submittals and technical documentation.
• Coordinate inspections with consultants and relevant project stakeholders.
• Raise investigate and close NCRs, snags and corrective actions.
• Monitor quality trends, conduct audits and maintain inspection records.
• Support testing, commissioning and final project handover.
