Job summary

Ginco Electrical & Sanitary Contracting Co. LLC (GESCO) is seeking an experienced procurement professional for MEP tendering in the UAE. You will prepare tender enquiries, compare quotations, and support negotiations with vendors and subcontractors.

The role requires strong knowledge of MEP materials and specifications, along with proficiency in Excel and procurement-tracking tools to maintain logs and documentation.

Qualifications

• 8+ years UAE/GCC experience in MEP procurement/tendering.
• Strong skills in vendor comparison and tender analysis.
• Good understanding of MEP materials and specifications.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and procurement tracking tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue tender enquiries for MEP materials and subcontract packages.
• Compare vendor quotations and prepare technical and commercial comparison sheets.
• Support negotiations with vendors and subcontractors.
• Maintain tender documentation and procurement tracking logs.
• Coordinate with technical teams to confirm specifications for tendering.
