Responsibilities

Lead sourcing and procurement of MEP materials, equipment and subcontract packages.
Negotiate pricing, terms and delivery schedules with vendors and suppliers.
Review technical compliance of proposed materials with project specifications.
Maintain vendor databases and support supplier evaluation processes.
Coordinate with project and technical teams on procurement schedules.
