Qualifications

• 8 years of procurement experience, preferably within MEP or construction projects in the UAE or GCC region.
• Strong understanding of MEP materials, systems, specifications, quality standards, and supplier markets.
• Good knowledge of RFQs, vendor evaluation, price comparison, negotiation, purchase orders, and procurement documentation.

Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and procure materials required for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works across construction projects.
• Coordinate with engineering, project, commercial, contracts, finance, and site teams to ensure procurement activities match project timelines.
• Ensure MEP materials are procured in line with approved specifications, budgets, quality expectations, and project delivery schedules.
