Job summary

9E Global seeks an experienced Lead Engineer MEP/MHS to lead on-site execution for aviation, aircraft hangar, and complex infrastructure projects in the UAE. You will supervise contractors, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, conduct site inspections, monitor quality and progress, and support testing, commissioning, and handover.

The role requires extensive on-site leadership across MEP and Material Handling Systems, overseeing HVAC, electrical, and utility networks while ensuring safety,

Qualifications

• Qualified graduate engineer in Mechanical/ Building Services Engineering.
• 12-15 years of site and engineering consultancy experience.
• Middle East project experience preferred.
• Aviation/airport hangar or complex infrastructure experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead supervision of MHS and mechanical systems including HVAC, ventilation, plumbing, firefighting, and utilities.
• Coordinate interfaces with hangar doors, cranes, aircraft systems, electrical, BMS, fire alarm, and civil/structural works.
• Review shop drawings, RFIs, submittals, method statements, ITPs, and commissioning procedures.
• Prepare site reports on progress, quality, safety, and risks.
• Ensure compliance with HSE and aviation safety requirements.
• Support handover to the client with complete documentation.
