Job summary

TALENT ONE EMPLOYMENT SERVICES seeks an experienced MEP Manager to lead and manage all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing activities from design coordination through procurement, installation, testing and commissioning, authority approvals, up to final handover.

The ideal candidate has extensive UAE experience delivering large-scale industrial, logistics, warehouse, commercial, and infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree mandatory; NEBOSH IGC mandatory; Level 6 Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety; ISO 45001 Lead Auditor Certification.
• Minimum 12 years of UAE experience in infrastructure, building/villa construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of UAE HSE regulations (OSHAD/ADOSH) and ISO 45001 standards and audits.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead the complete execution of Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) works throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage, Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm, LV, ELV, Electrical and Building Services installations.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, structural teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and government authorities.
• Review IFC drawings, shop drawings, coordination drawings, material submittals, method statements, RFIs and Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs).
• Ensure all MEP installations comply with project specifications, UAE regulations and international standards.
• Manage procurement planning, vendor coordination and long‑lead MEP equipment delivery.
• Monitor subcontractor performance, productivity, quality and compliance with approved construction methodologies.
• Plan and oversee Testing & Commissioning (T&C), integrated systems testing, authority inspections and final handover documentation.
• Resolve design conflicts through multidisciplinary coordination and value engineering initiatives.
• Monitor project schedules, milestones, budgets, risks and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with HSE policies, QA/QC procedures and company standards.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, project updates and management presentations.
• Support commercial teams on variation orders, claims, cost control and technical evaluations.
