Job summary

Talent Bridge HR Consultancy Dubai is seeking a highly experienced MEP Project Manager to lead planning and execution of multiple high-rise MEP projects in Dubai. You will oversee mechanical, electrical, and plumbing disciplines to deliver quality and safety.

The ideal candidate has 12+ UAE years of experience, proven leadership on high-rise towers or hotel developments, and strong knowledge of DEWA, DCD, DM processes. Based in UAE with stable employment history.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is required.
• 12+ years UAE experience in managing MEP projects.
• Experience delivering high-rise towers or hotel developments from start to handover.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle MEP works on high-rise residential and hotel projects.
• Plan and monitor timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables.
• Coordinate across MEP teams to ensure smooth integration and compliance with standards.
• Review designs, BOQs, drawings and ensure DEWA, DCD, DM approvals.
• Direct authority approvals and ensure inspections and certifications.
• Manage contractor/subcontractor teams and optimise productivity.
• Lead progress meetings and support strategic planning at top management level.
• Embed QA/QC and safety throughout lifecycle.
• Oversee handover documentation and close-out procedures.
