Job summary

Nexus People seeks an experienced MEP Design Manager in Dubai to lead multidisciplinary design efforts for high-rise and luxury UAE projects. You will drive technical quality, coordinate with architectural, structural, and BIM teams, and provide leadership throughout the project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate brings 15+ years in MEP design, strong UAE experience, and proven leadership. You will ensure compliance with UAE codes and authority requirements while guiding design delivery and client

Qualifications

• 15+ years of professional MEP design experience.
• Managerial/senior leadership experience in MEP projects.
• Strong knowledge of UAE building codes, regulations, authority requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multidisciplinary MEP design teams and resources.
• Review and approve MEP designs, calculations, drawings and submissions.
• Coordinate design with Architectural, Structural, BIM and other disciplines to ensure compliance.
