Job summary

Pioneer International Projects Management is looking for a technical lead to manage engineering consultancy projects across the UAE. You will ensure high-quality multidisciplinary integration, regulatory compliance, and successful execution of large-scale building developments.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field and 12-15 years of experience in the industry, with strong UAE consultancy and design coordination experience. Strong leadership and collaboration skills are necessary.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12-15 years of experience in engineering consultancy / construction industry.
• Strong UAE experience in consultancy and design coordination is mandatory.
• Proven experience in managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent understanding of construction methodologies and technical standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all technical and design coordination activities.
• Oversee architectural, structural, and MEP design integration.
• Manage and review design deliverables for compliance.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Supervise and mentor technical teams including architects and engineers.
