Job summary

Exeed National General Contracting in the UAE is seeking an experienced MEP Coordinator with a strong background in villa construction projects to oversee the coordination of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works and ensure smooth project execution.

You will review shop drawings, resolve clashes, monitor progress, maintain trackers, RFIs and NCRs, and coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to resolve technical issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
• 7+ years UAE/GCC experience in MEP coordination for villa projects.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, shop drawing reviews and clash detection.
• Experience in project documentation, reporting and tracking systems.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint; strong document management.
• Excellent communication, coordination and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate MEP works with architectural, structural and site teams.
• Review MEP shop drawings and resolve coordination clashes.
• Monitor project progress and maintain accurate records.
• Prepare and manage project trackers, RFIs, NCRs, inspections, material submissions and progress reports.
• Maintain project documentation and correspondence.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors and site teams to resolve technical issues.
