Job summary

Decima International is seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to oversee on-site mechanical and MEP installation activities for a large-scale Dubai project. You will supervise day-to-day works, review drawings and method statements, coordinate with contractors and engineers, and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and schedule requirements.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years in mechanical supervision on major building, infrastructure, or data-center projects, a Mechanical Engineering

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
• 15+ years of experience in mechanical supervision on large-scale projects.
• Experience with MEP coordination and site inspections.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily mechanical and MEP installation activities on site.
• Monitor progress against schedules and look-ahead plans.
• Review drawings, method statements, inspection requests and test reports.
• Coordinate with contractors, QA/QC, HSE, commissioning teams and project管理.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety procedures on site.
• Support pre-commissioning, testing and handover activities.
