Job summary

Decima International is seeking a seasoned Project Management MEP Coordinator in the UAE to oversee mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, ELV, ICT and related building services. • Bachelor’s degree required in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• 20+ years in MEP coordination and project management for large-scale projects.
• Experience in data centers or mission-critical environments highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of HV/LV systems, coordination, and BIM integration.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate MEP construction activities across disciplines on site.
• Support scheduling, look-ahead planning, and on-site delivery.
• Review shop drawings, method statements, and RFI responses.
• Lead coordination meetings and resolve interface conflicts efficiently.
