Job summary

TALENT ONE EMPLOYMENT SERVICES in Abu Dhabi invites an experienced MEP Construction Manager to lead coordinated mechanical and electrical works on large-scale projects. The role focuses on safely delivering on time and within budget, closely aligning with drawings and specifications.

You will supervise subcontractors and site teams, review method statements, and ensure HSE compliance, quality control, testing, and handover activities, with UAE/GCC project experience advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• 8+ years of MEP construction experience.
• UAE/GCC construction experience preferred.
• Experience in large-scale building, infrastructure, or industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of MEP installation, coordination, testing, and commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Manage MEP construction activities from execution through testing and handover.
• Coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, and Architectural works.
• Review drawings, specifications, method statements, and material submittals.
• Supervise subcontractors, manpower, materials, and site activities.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and project teams.
• Monitor progress, quality, productivity, and project schedules.
• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and project quality standards.
• Coordinate inspections, testing, commissioning, and handover.
• Identify technical issues and implement corrective actions.

Skills

MEP installation & commissioning

Education

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering

8+ years of MEP construction experience

UAE/GCC construction experience preferred
