Job summary

TalentOne in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Project Engineer – MEP to plan, coordinate, and supervise MEP construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in line with quality and contractual requirements. You will review drawings, manage resources, and coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to support project close-out and handover.

A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and 5–8 years of MEP experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5–8 years of MEP project execution experience.
• UAE/GCC construction experience preferred.
• Experience in commercial, residential, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
• Familiarity with project management and construction standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise day-to-day MEP site activities.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to schedules.
• Review shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals.
• Manage site resources, subcontractors, and material requirements.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and project specifications.
• Prepare progress reports and coordinate inspections and testing.
• Support project close-out and handover activities.
