Job summary

TalentOne seeks an experienced MEP Construction Manager to lead coordination of Mechanical, Electrical, Civil and Architectural works in Abu Dhabi. You will manage execution through testing and handover, ensuring safety, schedule adherence, and budget compliance while reviewing drawings, specs and submittals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• 8+ years of MEP construction experience.
• UAE/GCC construction experience preferred.
• Experience in large-scale building, infrastructure, or industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of MEP installation, coordination, testing, and commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Manage MEP construction activities from execution through testing and handover.
• Coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, and Architectural works.
• Review drawings, specifications, method statements, and material submittals.
• Supervise subcontractors, manpower, materials, and site activities.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and project teams.
• Monitor progress, quality, productivity, and project schedules.
• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and project quality standards.
• Coordinate inspections, testing, commissioning, and handover.
• Identify technical issues and implement corrective actions.
