Job summary

TALENT ONE EMPLOYMENT SERVICES is seeking a Project Engineer – MEP in Abu Dhabi to plan, coordinate, and supervise MEP construction activities ensuring safety, on-time delivery, and adherence to budget and quality standards.

The role requires 5–8 years of MEP project execution experience, UAE/GCC construction exposure, and familiarity with project management and construction standards. Candidates will collaborate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams on diverse projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 5–8 years of MEP project execution experience.
• UAE/GCC construction experience preferred.
• Experience in commercial, residential, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
• Familiarity with project management and construction standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise day-to-day MEP site activities.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to schedules.
• Review shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals.
• Manage site resources, subcontractors, and material requirements.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and project specifications.
• Prepare progress reports and coordinate inspections and testing.
• Support project close-out and handover activities.
