Job summary

TALENT ONE EMPLOYMENT SERVICES is seeking an experienced MEP Construction Manager to oversee mechanical and electrical construction activities in Abu Dhabi. You will coordinate across MEP disciplines, review drawings and specifications, and ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to quality standards.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering with extensive MEP construction experience in UAE/GCC contexts, and a track record on large-scale

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• 8 years of MEP construction experience.
• UAE/GCC construction experience preferred.
• Experience in large-scale building infrastructure or industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of MEP installation coordination testing and commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Manage MEP construction activities from execution through testing and handover.
• Coordinate Mechanical Electrical Civil and Architectural works.
• Review drawings specifications method statements and material submittals.
• Supervise subcontractors manpower materials and site activities.
• Coordinate with clients consultants suppliers and project teams.
• Monitor progress quality productivity and project schedules.
• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and project quality standards.
• Coordinate inspections testing commissioning and handover.
• Identify technical issues and implement corrective actions.
