Job summary

Azizi Developments is seeking an experienced MEP BIM Coordinator to lead the model coordination for high-rise and residential projects in Dubai. You will manage MEP BIM models, conduct clash detection, and ensure alignment with BEP, LOD, and ISO 19650 standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating with consultants and contractors, reviewing shop drawings, attending ICE coordination meetings, and maintaining CDE version control across disciplines to support accurate construction outputs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5–8 years of UAE MEP BIM coordination experience.
• Experience with residential and high-rise tower projects.
• Proficiency in Revit MEP, Navisworks, AutoCAD; BIM 360/ACC knowledge.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 19650 / BS 1192 standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and coordinate MEP BIM models per BEP and LOD.
• Conduct multidisciplinary clash detection and resolve issues.
• Coordinate with MEP consultants, contractors, and sub-contractors.
• Review shop drawings, coordinated drawings, and BIM models.
• Attend and lead BIM coordination meetings and document actions.
• Ensure models comply with standards and data requirements.
• Extract MEP quantities and generate outputs for construction/procurement.
• Support site teams with coordinated outputs and clash reports.
• Maintain version control and model federation in a CDE.
