Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years of proven experience as a Mechanical BIM Modeler.
• Strong experience on high-rise and residential projects within the UAE.
• Solid understanding of MEP systems, standards, and construction methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage mechanical BIM models covering HVAC, plumbing, and fire fighting systems.
• Coordinate mechanical models with architectural, structural, and other MEP disciplines.
• Ensure BIM models comply with UAE local authority requirements.
