Qualifications

Proven experience as an MEP BIM Modeler within UAE construction or real estate projects.
Strong understanding of BIM standards including ISO19650 and LOD specifications.
Experience in clash detection and multidisciplinary coordination.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to manage workload effectively and meet project deadlines.

Responsibilities

Develop detailed 3D MEP models using Autodesk Revit and other BIM software.
Ensure models meet required Level of Development specifications and project standards.
Maintain and update BIM models throughout design and construction phases.
Follow company BIM protocols and file management structures.
Coordinate with architects and structural engineers.
Perform clash detection using tools such as Navisworks.
Extract accurate 2D drawings and documentation from BIM models.
Generate material take‑offs to support estimation.
