Qualifications

• Proven experience as an MEP BIM Modeler within UAE construction or real estate projects.
• Strong understanding of BIM standards including ISO19650 and LOD specifications.
• Experience in clash detection and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to manage workload effectively and meet project deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed 3D MEP models using Autodesk Revit and other BIM software.
• Ensure models meet required Level of Development specifications and project standards.
• Maintain and update BIM models throughout design and construction phases.
• Follow company BIM protocols and file management structures.
• Coordinate with architects and structural engineers.
• Perform clash detection using tools such as Navisworks.
• Extract accurate 2D drawings and documentation from BIM models.
• Generate material take‑offs to support estimation.
